Starting Kindergarten at LCPS

Starting Kindergarten is an exciting time and we would like to extend a warm welcome to both you and your child to our school community.
 
Your child can start Kindergarten at the beginning of the school year if they turn 5 on or before 31 July in that year. By law, all children must be enrolled in school by their sixth birthday.

The teachers at Lane Cove Public School are looking forward to welcoming your child to our school in 2024. Parents are asked to please complete the Kindergarten 2024 Parent Survey.
