Appearance
● The leaves look like parsley and grow up to 5 to 10cm long.
● Small white flowers grow on top of a long stalk about 30-40cm above the main part of the plant.
Uses
● The roots of the wild parsnip are edible.
● It tastes like carrot or parsnip.
● Wild parsnip can be put in essential oils.
Location and climate
● The plant likes to have a lot of sun.
● It naturally grows in woodlands and sclerophyll forests in NSW.

● It mainly flowers from September and April
● The plants last for about 1-2 years.
