The P&C have organised over 1,700 items ready for the children to choose the perfect gift/s for their Mothers for Mother's Day. Setup under the COLA, children will be taken in their classes down to the stalls to shop. If there are any items left at the end of the day, the stalls will remain until 4pm. Gifts are priced at $2, $5 and $10, so please send your child in to school with cash on Thursday 9 May.

The Lane Cove Public School Cross Country races will be held on Friday, 10 May at Pottery Green Oval, adjacent to Lane Cove Swimming Pool. The first race will begin at approximately 9:30am. Students will leave school at 9: 15am and walk with their class teacher to Pottery Green.

Breakfast of egg & bacon rolls, pastries and quiches will be served along with tea and coffee on the Astroturf from 7:30am-8:45am. We will have a craft table for children to make a special gift as well as have flowers and raffle tickets on sale.

Walk Safely to School Day is an annual event when all primary school students are encouraged to walk and commute safely to school. The event helps to promote road safety, health, public transport and the environment.
